Nephrology Outpatient Clinic
Nephrology focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of kidney diseases.
Through targeted screening exams, changes in kidney function can be detected and treated early. People with diabetes, high blood pressure, or a family history of kidney disease benefit particularly from regular checkups.
Our diagnostic capabilities include, among other things:
- Comprehensive Laboratory Diagnostics
- Ultrasound (including duplex ultrasound of the renal vessels)
- Electrocardiogram (ECG)
- Long-term blood pressure monitoring
We support our patients from the early detection of kidney dysfunction through to comprehensive treatment of chronic kidney disease, and work together with them to develop individualized treatment plans based on current medical guidelines.
When medically indicated, we administer various outpatient infusion therapies. These include, for example, intravenous iron administration and immunomodulatory therapies.
High Blood Pressure Clinic
High blood pressure is one of the most common causes of heart, vascular, and kidney diseases. During our specialized consultations, we analyze possible causes, review existing treatments, and develop personalized treatment strategies. The goal is to achieve sustainable blood pressure control and prevent long-term complications.
Transplant Support
For many patients, a kidney transplant is a step toward a new life with a better quality of life and greater freedom. We provide reliable support throughout the entire process, starting from the very first considerations: from comprehensive pre-transplant examinations and preparation, through placement on the waiting list, to structured follow-up care after the transplant. Our experienced team is here to support you and your loved ones—both medically and personally—at every stage.
Transplant Preparation
We support patients with end-stage renal failure throughout the process leading up to a kidney transplant. As part of the evaluation examinations prior to placement on the transplant waiting list, we provide you with comprehensive support—medically, through counseling, and logistically. We serve as your trusted point of contact and coordinate the necessary examinations in close collaboration with the transplant centers.
Transplant Follow-Up Care
Even after a successful kidney transplant, close medical follow-up is of great importance. We support transplant recipients with long-term follow-up care, monitor organ function, oversee necessary medication, and are available to answer any questions about living with a kidney transplant.
